Eligibility:

You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

How to Request:

To initiate a return or exchange, simply:
⇾ Share clear images of the product and the shipping label (bill)
⇾ Provide a short unboxing video as proof of condition

Refund / Exchange Process:

⇾ Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–5 working days.
⇾ A ₹100 deduction is applied to cover return shipping (applies to both refunds and exchanges).
⇾ The item must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Not Eligible If:

⇾ The item is returned damaged, used, or without original packaging/tags
⇾ Return request is raised after 2 days of delivery
